Big AZ Breakfast Burritos and Bowls are listed at more than 40g of protein per serving. They are available in four versions: The OG, Traditional, Bacon Lover and Chilaquiles.

The breakfast quesadilla range includes multiple combinations such as Egg & Cheese; Bacon, Egg & Cheese; Turkey Sausage, Egg & Cheese; and Potato, Egg & Cheese. The company positions these as a new version of quesadillas that were introduced recently.

Breakfast combo meals allow customers to pair one or two breakfast quesadillas, or a Big AZ Burrito or bowl, with a small cold brew.

With the Build Your Own Burrito or Bowl option, guests can assemble a customised burrito or breakfast bowl, choosing one “classic” ingredient and three “premium” ingredients.

Salad and Go co-founder and executive chef Daniel Patino said: “Breakfast is the meal that sets the tone for your entire day, and it deserves the same care and intention we put into everything else on our menu.

“Every item in this new lineup was built around bold flavor and quality ingredients. We wanted to create a breakfast menu that makes you excited to hear that alarm clock in the morning.”

The brand noted that the new menu has been rolled across all Salad and Go locations. The chain operates 70 locations across Arizona and Nevada.
