Subway has launched its Ultimate Cheesy Garlic Bread, which features a garlic butter spread, melted parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese.
This limited edition menu item is available until 27 February 2019.
For the first time, Subway’s classic sandwiches – the Ultimate Meatball Marinara and Ultimate Spicy Italian – will be available on the Ultimate Cheesy Garlic Bread.
The Ultimate Spicy Italian is made of pepperoni and Genoa salami and the Ultimate Meatball Marinara is drenched in marinara sauce.
Subway vice president of global brand and innovation Len Van Popering said: “When people first hear about the new Ultimate Cheesy Garlic Bread, they usually tell us we had them at hello.
“Pairing two of our most iconic sandwiches with arguably the most delicious cheesy garlic bread ever served delivers a flavour experience unlike anything in the market today.”
This year, Subway launched its Signature Wraps menu and Chipotle Cheesesteak on Sunflower Crunch Bread, also for a limited time.
In October, the American sandwich chain partnered with four major online delivery platforms to offer food from across 9,000 restaurants in the country.
Subway serves seven million made-to-order sandwiches a day and provides subs, soups, and salads at around 44,000 restaurants in over 100 countries.
