The Westminster location offers the brand’s rodízio service.

According to the business, servers move around the dining area to carve an assortment of fire-roasted beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausage directly at guest’s tables.

The restaurant also incorporates a salad station comprising more than 50 options, including speciality cheeses, charcuterie, roasted vegetables, fresh salads, warm dishes, and regional Brazilian items.

The restaurant also offers wine alongside cocktails, featuring Brazil’s national drink, the caipirinha.

Additionally, the Westminster venue accommodates group reservations, catering to corporate functions, seasonal gatherings, and private events.

Texas de Brazil president Salim Asrawi said: “Westminster’s continued growth and Orchard Town Center’s role as a regional destination make this location a natural fit for Texas de Brazil.

“We’re pleased to expand our presence in Colorado and introduce more guests to the Brazilian culinary traditions, attentive service and Texas hospitality that define our dining experience.”

Established in Addison, Texas, in 1998, the restaurant brand currently operates more than 50 sites across the US alongside an expanding international presence.

In September last year, Texas de Brazil opened a location at Woodland Mall, Grand Rapids, in the US state of Michigan. The Woodland Mall restaurant represented the brand’s first venue in West Michigan.
