Twin Peaks Restaurants, a US-based sports bars and restaurants chain, has signed an area development agreement with TWG Management to expand its presence in the US.
The agreement will allow Twin Peaks to open five new franchised locations across the northern New Jersey region.
The signing of this deal marks Twin Peaks’ fifth franchise area development agreement in 2023.
The latest multi-unit development agreement has been signed with TWG Management’s co-owners Tom and Matt Graziano, who bring more than three decades of experience in the industry.
The Grazianos have expertise in full-service, casual dining and quick-service restaurant concepts, with experience as a franchisee for more than 15 brands.
“We are thrilled to be a part of Twin Peaks’ incredible growth and look forward to expanding the brand’s presence in New Jersey,” Tom Graziano added.

By GlobalDataTwin Peaks CEO Joe Hummel said: “We could not have found better partners than Tom and Matt Graziano to oversee Twin Peaks’ expansion throughout northern New Jersey.
“With such successful operators who have a great local reputation at the helm, we are confident that the team will deliver a phenomenal experience to their guests as we continue to grow the ultimate sports lodge across the nation.”
Established in 2005 in the Dallas suburb of Lewisville, Twin Peaks is a sports lodge that offers made-from-scratch food and a wide selection of beers.
The restaurant also offers wall-to-wall TV coverage of key sporting events, fights and tournaments.
Twin Peaks operates 115 locations across the US and Mexico.
Its menu features hand-smashed burgers, beer-battered chicken tenders, in-house smoked brisket and wings.
Beverage options include bourbon, tequila and hand-crafted cocktails, catering to a diverse range of tastes.
In October 2021, Twin Peaks was acquired by US-based multi-brand restaurant operator FAT Brands from Garnett Station Partners in a $300m deal.
