Costa Coffee has announced the reopening of its fully modernised store at 111 Great Portland Street in Central London.

The revamped location introduces a fresh, contemporary layout with a refined colour palette and soft, ambient lighting.

A new open-plan counter enhances the overall customer experience and self-service digital kiosks to make ordering easier and faster.

The technology aims to streamline service during busy periods.

Abstract artwork and wall installations inspired by coffee landscapes add artistic flair. The revitalised space offers a variety of seating options to suit different needs, with high stools, booths and lounge chairs cater to both quick visits and longer stays.

The Great Portland Street store refresh is part of Costa Coffee’s broader investment in Central London and marks the latest in this series of upgrades.

Recent transformations include locations on New Oxford Street, Tooley Street, Argyll Street, and Wigmore Street.

Costa Coffee UK&I Property & Store development director Nick Ridley said: “We’re thrilled to welcome customers back to our newly refreshed Great Portland Street store.

“This transformation reflects our ongoing investment in Central London and our ambition to create modern and inviting spaces, where enjoying a coffee becomes a meaningful part of the day.

“Whether you're grabbing a Flat White to-go or settling in for the afternoon, we’re proud to offer an experience that’s as premium as the coffee we serve.”

Costa Coffee recently opened a new drive-through outlet in Ebbw Vale, Wales, featuring digital menu boards and seating areas, both indoors and outdoors.
