Costa Coffee has opened its refurbished Lord Street store in Liverpool, UK, featuring several new improvements designed to elevate the customer experience.

The store now has a contemporary design, including touchscreen ordering systems to streamline the purchasing process.

A dedicated collection point has been established to cater to customers seeking convenience and speed.

The store's refurbishment includes a refreshed counter and updated seating arrangements.

Costa Coffee has also introduced a new bakery product line featuring an assortment of pastries, including Cheese Twists and Pain au Chocolat.

The Liverpool store also showcases locally inspired artwork and offers more charging points throughout.

Costa Coffee area manager Assim Mohammed said: “We’re delighted to unveil a new way to Costa at the refreshed store on Lord Street, Liverpool.

“With a new bakery range, new ways to order via the latest technology, a fresh interior for the community to come together and dedicated work-zone desks on the first floor, the uplifted Liverpool store will be the place for you.”

In June 2024 Costa Coffee opened its renovated Tooley Street store in central London, UK.

Tooley Street location is also equipped with touchscreen ordering to streamline the purchasing process for guests.

The renovated store now has new artwork with a local theme, a refurbished counter area, a modern seating area, cosy furnishings and multiple charging stations for patrons' use.
