Dolomite Restaurants partners with Fabindia to open cafes in India

The companies have agreed to open 14 restaurants in 2023.

Dolomite Restaurants, a master franchisee of Jamie Oliver's Restaurants in India, has partnered with apparel and homeware retailer Fabindia to open Jamie Oliver's cafes across the country.

According to a report by The Hindu Businessline, the partnership will see the opening of Jamie Oliver's branded cafes at Fabindia Experience Centres across India.

The news agency quoted Dolomite CEO Jasper Reid as saying: "We are delighted to partner with Fabindia and to have the privilege of serving many more customers in many more places."

According to a Mint report, the companies have agreed to open 14 restaurants in 2023 and also plan to convert Fabcafes into Jamie Oliver Cafes.

Jamie Oliver's Cafés will open across various Indian cities this year, including Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Jaipur and Amritsar.

Once opened, these restaurants will be owned and operated by Dolomite.

Fabindia currently operates 357 stores across 127 locations in the country. It also operates 13 outlets in overseas locations.

The news agency quoted Fabindia CEO Rajeshwari Srinivasan as saying: "We have always been dedicated to serving a better experience and offerings to our customers and this collaboration with Jamie's is one more step in this direction.

"Jamie's culinary ethos is all about simple, delicious food made from scratch with fresh ingredients and reflects the principles of Indian culinary traditions."
