Indian online restaurant operator Rebel Foods has brought food brand Easybites onto its brand growth platform, Rebel Launcher, to support Easybites’ expansion across the country.
Under the arrangement, Easybites has started operating from ten Rebel Foods cloud kitchens across Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
The company is looking to add more locations and enter additional cities in the months ahead.
Easybites CEO Masoud Mohamed said: “Rebel Launcher has been a strong growth partner for Easybites, assisting us in scaling faster and more efficiently across the Southern market.
“Launching in new cities through the Rebel Launcher platform gives us the chance to understand each market deeper and serve more locations per city from day one, taking our craveable food to more people.”
Rebel Launcher is designed to help restaurant brands scale with reduced upfront investment and shorter launch timelines.
Partner brands gain access to Rebel Foods’ cloud kitchen network, supply chain, technology platform and operational support, while focusing on product and brand development.
The addition of Easybites expands Rebel Launcher’s roster of partner brands, which currently include Biryani Blues, Daryaganj, Harley’s Fine Baking, and Go Zero, among others.
Rebel Foods co-founder Ankur Sharma said: “By partnering with brands like Easybites, we aim to help them scale across geographies efficiently while leveraging Rebel Foods’ infrastructure, technology and deep operational expertise.”
In April 2025, Rebel Foods secured $25m investment from Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) to support growth.
