Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café, a restaurant brand known for its sweet and savoury crêpes, has announced a significant expansion in Texas, US.

The brand has entered into a five-unit agreement with strategic partners Edward and Cynthia Hymes and their son, also called Edward.

The deal includes the opening of one location in Southlake, Texas, with four additional sites to follow in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Edward Hymes said: “Sweet Paris Creperie & Café is truly a one-of-a-kind brand that our entire family feels connected to.

“We are committed to bringing a truly excellent and fresh dining experience to the community and could not think of a better place than Southlake for the first of several locations we plan to open.”

The first Sweet Paris location under this new partnership will open by the autumn of 2024. It will be situated in Southlake Town Square at 228 State St, Southlake, Texas.

The subsequent four locations are in planning and development, with the second expected to open in 2025.

Sweet Paris co-founder Allison Chavez said: “The Hymes family is an excellent partner for the brand as they bolster our presence in Texas and bring a new flavour to the Southlake and Dallas-Fort Worth community.

Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café currently operates 17 stores across locations including Houston and San Antonio in Texas, Coral Gables in Florida, the Twin Cities in Minnesota, and several resort locations in Mexico.

In June 2024 Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café unveiled its plan to expand its footprint in the US with its inaugural outlet in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The new location, the brand’s first entry into the Arizona market, will open in the autumn of 2024.

Located at 15147 N Scottsdale Rd, Suite 133 in the Scottsdale Quarter shopping centre, the restaurant will commence construction in June.
