Taco John's has introduced a new $5 Meal Steal, exclusively available through its mobile app at participating locations across the US for a limited time.

The offering features a selection of the brand's classic offerings, including a Crispy Taco, a Bean Burrito, Jr Potato Olés and a small beverage.

The Crispy Taco is made with a fresh-fried crunchy shell, filled with 100% North American beef, topped with Taco John's signature mild sauce, lettuce and cheese.

The Bean Burrito includes refried beans, cheddar cheese, onions and mild sauce, wrapped in a flour tortilla.

Jr. Potato Olés are bite-sized rounds of crunchy potatoes seasoned with a spice blend. The meal is completed with a fountain drink.

Ordering the $5 Meal Steal through the Taco John's app gives customers the convenience of skipping the line when collecting, earns them points towards free food and gains access to additional app-only deals.

Taco John’s chief marketing officer Barry Westrum said: “We are excited to pass along summer's savings to our loyal customers with our new $5 Meal Steal.

“Our most popular items are paired up for a Mexican-inspired feast at a great price point, offering exceptional value that doesn’t compromise on taste or quality.”

In May 2023, Taco John’s added Refried Bean Tostada and Beefy Tostada to its menu for a limited period.

Each Tostada starts with a crispy corn tortilla shell and is topped with five layers.
