Canadian coffeehouse chain Tim Hortons US has announced that it is updating its spring menu, adding three new items to its bakery selection.

The new additions, notably Choco Chip Banana Bread Donuts, Choco Chip Banana Bread Timbits, and Blueberry Cheesecake Mini Pastries, will be available in participating US restaurants.

The company said the latest baked goods are intended to encourage new drink-and-snack pairings, particularly at breakfast and in the afternoon.

Alongside, the restaurant chain has introduced Golden Cinnamon Cold Foam as a limited-time addition to its cold drink menu across the country.

The new topping is available on Cold Brew, Iced Coffee, Iced Lattes and Iced Matcha Lattes, adding a cinnamon-flavoured layer to the drinks.

The seasonal line-up also includes the new Golden Cinnamon-flavoured Iced Capp.

Cold beverages remain a central focus for the chain in the US, with the latest launch aimed at expanding flavour options and premium customisations within its iced portfolio.

Tim Hortons US marketing vice-president Maria Posada said: “Spring is all about fresh starts and new flavours.

“Golden Cinnamon Cold Foam gives our guests an easy way to elevate their favourite iced beverage with a silky smooth layer of richness while enjoying their go-to drink.”

These additions come shortly after the launch of the Protein Latte platform in the US, which Tim Hortons says gives customers a new way to “enjoy” espresso, matcha and chai lattes with added protein.

The company said offering protein across multiple latte options supports broader customisation and responds to changing preferences for convenience, balance and variety.

From 18 March, Tim Hortons US also plans to introduce further limited-time bakery products.
