American restaurant chain Zaxby's has expanded its menu with the addition of new Chicken Finger Tacos in the US.

Available for a limited time, the new offering will be available in two variations: Chipotle Ranch with Pico Tacos, and Avocado Ranch BLT Tacos.

Chipotle Ranch with Pico Tacos features Zaxby's hand-breaded chicken fingers with shredded iceberg lettuce, Cheddar Jack cheese, and pico de gallo, served with Zaxby's mild heat Chipotle Ranch sauce in a flour tortilla.

The Avocado Ranch BLT Tacos include Zaxby's signature hand-breaded chicken finger with sliced Roma tomatoes, hickory hardwood-smoked bacon and shredded iceberg lettuce, served with Zaxby's new Avocado Ranch sauce in a warmed flour tortilla.

Zaxby's has also expanded its dessert menu with the addition of Fried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce.

Each eight-count serving of battered and deep-fried cream cheese cheesecake bites is accompanied by a side of strawberry sauce.

Zaxby's chief marketing and strategy officer Patrick Schwing said: “With summertime upon us, we are taking our classic Chicken Fingerz up a notch and announcing it's taco time! Nothing is better than bringing two popular food items everyone loves together in our latest innovation: the Chicken Finger Taco.

"Our latest sauces, Chipotle Ranch and Avocado Ranch, are guaranteed to spice up our menu this summer and keep fans coming back for more."

In June 2024 Zaxby's expanded its US footprint with the opening of its first location in Greenville, Texas.
