With this connection in place, phone and drive‑through orders can be channelled into the same workflow as third‑party delivery and in‑house digital orders.
Both companies said the aim is to support smoother operations, better order accuracy and a more consistent guest experience across channels.

Deliverect said the link‑up is aimed at operators seeking to modernise their workflows by using Voice AI for phone and drive‑through ordering and feeding those AI‑generated orders into its platform.
According to the company, the combined setup is expected to support higher order accuracy, reduce missed calls and generate measurable returns through labour efficiencies and consistent upsell activity.
