The renewed agreement encompasses 54 sites across the UK, adding 11 venues launched over the last two years.
These recent additions include locations in Birmingham (Harborne), Bluewater, Cheshire Oaks, Greenwich, Newcastle, St Albans, Tunbridge Wells, Waterloo The Cut, and Victoria.
Under the new model, the businesses will focus on increasing brand awareness among new customer segments.
Pho plans to utilise Deliveroo’s advertising and marketing features to broaden its market presence and increase order frequency.
Pho CEO Patrick Marrinan said: “Delivery is a core part of how our customers enjoy Pho, and our partnership with Deliveroo is helping us reach more people in more places.
“Extending exclusivity for another two years reflects the strength of what we have built together and our focus on continuing to grow both online and in our restaurants.”
Deliveroo reported that Pho experienced a 30% increase in delivery sales after they partnered in 2024 and June 2026.
The delivery platform indicated that this performance reflects sustained consumer demand for Vietnamese food.
Deliveroo UK and Ireland general manager Jeff Wemyss said: “Pho has built an exceptional delivery business alongside its growing footprint of popular restaurants, helping consumers enjoy leading Vietnamese cuisine wherever they are.
“We are delighted to continue our exclusive partnership, supporting Pho to reach even more customers as they continue to expand nationally.”
Last month, Honest Burgers returned on Deliveroo as part of its efforts to widen its delivery footprint.
