The pastry is formulated by the chain’s culinary team under the direction of Chef Bhupendra Singh.

Priced at Dh59 ($16.07), the croissant is scheduled to remain available until 15 November 2026 across 20 Mister Baker branches situated in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman.

The company said that its product is suitable for family tables, office sharing, gifting, and celebrations.

It added that Croissant au Mithai follows earlier contemporary mithai-style products introduced by Mister Baker, including its Gulab Jamun Cake and Rasmalai Cake.

Mister Baker director Sahil Fotedar said: “Gulab jamun carries memories of family tables, celebrations and the simple excitement of sharing something sweet.

“Croissant au Mithai gives that nostalgia a new expression for the generation that grew up with Mister Baker and is now creating traditions of its own. It feels familiar, playful and unmistakably made for Dubai.

“For us, it also represents where Mister Baker is heading: honouring the emotional place the brand already holds while continuing to experiment, innovate and surprise.”

Established in 1990 by Lokesh Fotedar and Taizoon Khorakiwala, Mister Baker retails cakes, confectionery, and desserts across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates.
