The ten-year strategy is expected to begin with the first restaurant openings in 2027, followed by phased expansion across the three states.

The company said the plan will prioritise site selection and operational readiness as it builds its regional presence.
Founded in Ontario in 2016, Guac Mexi Grill now operates more than 55 restaurants in Canada.
The US agreement was announced as the brand marks its tenth anniversary and pursues broader North American growth.
The chain serves customisable burritos, bowls, tacos and other Tex-Mex dishes.
The company describes its menu as featuring in-store-prepared guacamole, house-made sauces and fire-grilled proteins.
Its restaurants are designed for locations including shopping centres, retail plazas and street-front sites, as well as selected non-traditional venues.
Guac Mexi Grill said its franchise model includes franchisee training, ongoing corporate support, and standardised operations.
Guac Mexi Grill CEO Trushna Makadia said: “This is a defining moment for Guac Mexi Grill.
“Over the past decade, we’ve built a strong foundation in Canada, focused on quality, consistency and the success of our franchise partners.
“Entering the US with a 95-unit development agreement reflects our long-term vision for the brand. We’re approaching this expansion with the same commitment to operational excellence and guest experience that has shaped our growth since 2016.”
