ABTB has acquired eight more locations of American fast food restaurants chain Taco Bell in the Greater Louisville, Kentucky, US.

Financial details of the acquisition remain undisclosed.

ABTB will integrate the eight restaurants into its portfolio making the total locations of the fast food chain owned by the company to 32.

US-based boutique law firm Paris Ackerman served as the legal advisor on this transaction.

In a joint statement, ABDD co-founders Judd and Erica Wishnow said: “Our team is thrilled to integrate these new locations into our portfolio and grow our footprint in the Louisville market. We remain focused on providing exceptional customer service to our guests.”

“We are pleased with ABTB’s growth and are excited to expand our presence within Louisville.”

This transaction follows the acquisition of 24 stores of Taco Bell by Orangewood Partners and ABDD in the region in February this year.

Orangewood founder and managing partner Alan Goldfarb said: “We are pleased with ABTB’s growth and are excited to expand our presence within Louisville.

“Moreover, we look forward to deepening our relationship with Taco Bell and continuing to support the greater Louisville community and our valued team members.”
