The collaboration empowers restaurant brands to utilise their Toast data for the seamless creation of personalised content and engagement strategies, enhancing their capacity for expansion.

The integration provides Toast users with a detailed breakdown of their unique customer clusters and recommendations on how to reach each group for the most profitable results.

Brightloom’s latest feature, Brightloom Answers, integrates with Toast’s system to offer conversational AI capabilities.

The tool enables users to ask questions and receive insights about their business in a simple text format.

The partnership is supported by Starbucks and aims to level the playing field for restaurants of all sizes by offering enterprise-level tools.
