US-based fast food restaurant chain Chick-fil-A has launched two seasonal menu items, available in all restaurants across the country.
The menu items include white peach tea lemonade and a peach milkshake. The company is re-launching the peach milkshake as a summertime beverage.
White peach tea lemonade is a blend of the company’s iced tea and lemonade (or diet lemonade) along with white peaches.
Chick-fil-A menu development senior director Amanda Norris said: “Customers often order a tea/lemonade combination at our restaurants.
“This is the first time we’re officially adding the popular flavour combo to the menu, with the extra twist of an essential summer taste. The white tea peach lemonade combines all the flavours of summer for a refreshing beverage we think our customers will love.”
White peach tea lemonade is available in two variants – small for $1.89 and large at $2.09.
The small variant contains 160 calories when made with regular lemonade and 90 calories when made with diet lemonade, while the large variant contains 200 calories with regular lemonade and 120 calories with diet lemonade.
The restaurant chain is also introducing a limited edition snack to the menu, Chick-n-Sliders, at locations in Charlotte, North Carolina and Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Chick-n-Sliders is a blend of the company’s chicken filet served on a warm roll and topped with honey butter spread. It is available in test markets as lunch, snack and dinner options.
The restaurant is launching Chick-n-Minis breakfast item at restaurants in Tampa, Florida, Little Rock, Arkansas and Indianapolis. It is available in 4-count, 10-count and catering tray options.
