CRISP & GREEN, a US fast-casual restaurant chain specialising in whole meals, has revealed plans to open 11 new locations across Chicagoland [the greater Chicago metropolitan area in the states of Illinois and Wisconsin] from 2025.
The new additions, set to commence construction in autumn 2024, will extend the brand’s presence into the Milwaukee suburbs of Waukesha and New Berlin and the Chicago suburbs of Wheaton and Bolingbrook.

The expansion adds to the 200 new CRISP & GREEN locations already in development.
Steele Smiley, founder and owner of CRISP & GREEN’s parent company, Steele Brands, expressed his enthusiasm for the expansion: “I started CRISP & GREEN because I wanted to make healthy living more delicious, more convenient and honestly just more fun. Our guests have made it loud and clear that’s what they want too, so being able to further expand into the Chicagoland area is just an absolute dream come true for me.”
The upcoming Wisconsin and Illinois locations will be managed by franchise partner Vishal Vaghani of VN Development.
