The partnership aims to give operators a single ordering system, supported by a deployment and optimisation entity, to enable brands to develop and optimise their digital ordering system.

5&5 chief operating officer Seth Burtis said: “5&5 has always believed in acting as an extension of our clients’ teams.

“Partnering with Deliverect strengthens our ability to help restaurant brands navigate the complexity of modern ordering technology with the strategic guidance and operational support they need to scale confidently.”

Under the agreement, 5&5 will work across the full digital ordering life cycle, from platform evaluation and rollout through to integrations, escalations and performance optimisation.

Restaurants working with both companies will have access to specialist teams to guide platform choices, manage implementation and refine the digital ordering experience over time.

The collaboration is also intended to give operators a clearer view of how their ordering platform connects with the rest of their technology stack, spanning point-of-sale systems, loyalty tools and third-party marketplaces.

The agreement with 5&5 further extends Deliverect’s partner network in North America.

Deliverect North America partnerships head Don MacMillan said: “Restaurant brands shouldn’t have to choose between best-in-class technology and the hands-on expertise to deploy it well.

“Partnering with 5&5 means our customers get both–a platform purpose-built for reliable digital ordering at scale, with the flexibility of over 1,000 integrations.”

Last month, Deliverect partnered with DataCandy to help restaurant operators connect first-party digital orders with customer rewards.
