US-based fried chicken fast casual concept Fuku has unveiled its strategic plan to bolster its concession business by partnering with stadiums and arenas.

Established in 2015 by David Chang and the Momofuku restaurant group, Fuku is a spicy fried chicken sandwich-centric concept.

The restaurant concept offers chef-created food that draws influences from both Asian and American cuisines.

Apart from its own eateries, Fuku has a growing presence in stadiums and arenas across the country.

Fuku CEO Claudia Lezcano said: “We’re really excited at this next chapter of Fuku’s future, with our fast-growing concession business in major stadiums and arenas across the country, broadening our brand presence and reaching more customers with our chef-created menu – and we’re just getting started.”

Fuku recently added two new locations at TIAA Bank Field, home of the Jacksonville, Florida Jaguars; and FedEx Field, home of the Washington Commanders.

In addition to the aforementioned partnerships, the restaurant brand also operates two eateries at Hudson Yards and Rockefeller Center in Manhattan, offering dine-in, takeout and pick-up services, as well as a newly launched digital kitchen on the Lower East Side.
