JK&T Wings CEO Kent Ward and president Brian Carmody will continue as investors in the company.

Founded in 1982, Buffalo Wild Wings is a US-based sports bar brand and has more than 1,200 restaurants in ten countries worldwide.

Inspire Brands, which also owns Arby’s, Sonic and Jimmy John’s, acquired the brand in February 2018.

“Kent, Brian, and their team have built a strong and profitable company and we look forward to partnering with them and their executive team to grow the company and enhance their operations.”

Going forward, the company plans to restructure certain facilities, target additional store openings and identify potential franchisee acquisitions.
