Pizza Hut has partnered with Intalytics to optimise its real estate location strategy with the help of predictive analytics.
As a real estate analytics solutions partner, Intalytics will provide the pizza brand with customised sales forecasting model and supportable unit analysis to boost customer dining options such as delivery, carry-out and dine-in.
The company will continue to use Intalytics’ proprietary tool SiteIntel to visualise and assess its in-house real estate opportunities.
Pizza Hut chief development officer Al Litchenburg said: “Pizza Hut is excited to work with the team at Intalytics to incorporate more data-driven analytics into our real estate decision-making process.
“Our partnership with Intalytics will be instrumental in identifying both current and future opportunities for growth.”
Intalytics client services director Al Beery added: “We are proud to work with such an iconic brand in the restaurant industry.
“Our partnership will guide Pizza Hut’s expansion by identifying informed opportunities for market growth through the usage of customised real estate analytics.”
In February, Indian cloud analytics company Manthan deployed Restaurant Analytics Solution across Pizza Hut Delivery outlets in the UK.
Meanwhile, yesterday, the owner of Pizza Hut in the UK confirmed plans to close 29 of its restaurants in the country.
The confirmation on the restaurant closure plan came after the chain’s creditors voted on its company voluntary arrangement (CVA) restructuring plan.
In July, the company decided to permanently close down all 16 stores in Greece with immediate effect.
The company decided to retreat from the Greek market as the chain’s activities in the country were no longer sustainable after the outbreak of the pandemic.
