US-based fast-casual poke chain Pokeworks has announced a partnership with full craft beverage platform Botrista to enhance its beverage offerings across the US.
The collaboration marks the introduction of Botrista’s full line-up of drinks, including smoothies and lemonades, to Pokeworks’ menu for the first time.
Pokeworks has more than 70 locations across the US, Canada, Taiwan and Mexico.
Botrista beverage innovation vice-president Rex Huang stated: “Pokeworks embodies the spirit of freshness and a welcoming cuisine.
“We’re excited to share these values and partner with Pokeworks to offer elevated drinks that consumers crave when they want something fresh and delicious.”
The partnership offers guests a range of refreshing drinks with quality ingredients and chewy boba pearls, designed to complement Pokeworks’ existing menu items.

The new drinks lineup also features a tropical piña colada smoothie and a mango lemonade.
Pokeworks co-founder and culinary head Mike Wu said: “Our guests are thrilled with our signature drinks, the new premium drink options we now offer.
“These beverages, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, perfectly enhance the authentic flavours of our poke cuisine.”
Customers can win weekly giveaways including a four-night trip to Hawaii by visiting Pokeworks stores and buying any signature drink and entrée combination by 7 August 2024.
In February 2020, Pokeworks announced plans to open 30 new US locations, including in St Louis, Denver and Portland.
