American fast casual franchise Rush Bowls has partnered with tech company Como for its customer engagement, marketing and customer relationship management solutions.

Como claims that its technology will enhance Rush Bowls’ overall guest experience and augment its customer engagement strategy.

Rush Bowls founder and CEO Andrew Pudalov stated: “Rush Bowls is constantly striving to bring our customers the best experience possible, from introducing new menu items to refreshing perks for our loyal fans.

“This partnership with Como is an exciting upgrade that will enhance our guest experience strategy from coast to coast.”

The brand, which is known for offering fresh and healthy meals in a bowl, will implement Como’s platform across all its 47 locations in the US.

Como’s granular reporting capabilities will help Rush Bowls benchmark location and item performance.
