SSP America, a division of SSP Group, has secured a ten-year contract to lease, develop and manage the restaurant and retail programme at Spokane International Airport, Washington, US.

The company will develop and operate 11 restaurant locations in the airport’s terminals and soon-to-open expanded Concourse C gate area.

These establishments join other outlets at the airport which include Jack & Dan’s Tavern, the Iron Goat Brewing Company, Wanderlust Delicato, Wiley’s Downtown Bistro and Thomas Hammer Coffee Roasters.

SSP America will also manage six retail outlets within the airport.
