Restaurant brand Sugar Factory American Brasserie has opened its newest location, at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, the US.
Aoki Group, a family-owned business with more than seven concepts and 12 locations, will operate the Sugar Factory location.
The new location at Ho’okipa Terrace Upper Level 4 offers a menu featuring brunch, lunch, and dinner, with unique Hawaii-inspired dishes.
The brunch selection includes Reese’s Pieces French Toast and S’mores Nutella Waffle while the beverage menu boasts decorated iced coffees topped with waffles.
Expanded appetisers and shareable plates will introduce a variety of flavours, including an Oyster Shooter flight and Hamachi Crudo with a local twist, the company said.
Sugar Factory’s Monster Burgers, including the Waffle Breakfast Burger, Flaming HOT Cheetos Burger, and the 24K Gold Burger, will be served alongside new Smashed Burgers.

The bar and patio seating will offer full-menu service, featuring signature smoking candy goblets, available with or without alcohol.
