UK-based conference and event venue Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool (ACC Liverpool) has awarded the food and beverage (F&B) services contract to Levy, the sports and hospitality division of Compass Group UK and Ireland.

Due to begin on 1 April 2026, the deal will cover catering for conferences and exhibitions held across the venue’s events campus on Liverpool’s waterfront.

ACC Liverpool said Levy was chosen for its “industry-leading expertise” and proven track record in delivering “high-quality” catering services.

Levy CEO John Davies said: “We are incredibly proud to partner with ACC Liverpool, a venue that understands the power of hospitality in driving social change.

“It is fantastic to work with such like-minded partners who prioritise the planet and their community as much as the visitor experience.

“We are looking forward to elevating these key pillars even further, ensuring that every plate served contributes positively to the local area and helps protect the planet."

In a statement, Levy said it will work alongside local event catering specialist Horseradish Catering to provide regionally inspired catering for visitors.

Horseradish will provide regional input and knowledge, with the collaboration structured to keep the catering offer closely tied to the local area while drawing on Levy’s national resources.
