Publicly traded US company Access Power & Co has set out plans to expand its food delivery operations in 2026 through the launch of two ghost kitchen brands, Big Papa's Pizza and Wicked Wild Wings.

Big Papa's Pizza will centre on pizza products tailored for delivery performance and brand recognition, while Wicked Wild Wings will target rising demand for “bold-flavoured wings and comfort food”.

Both concepts are intended to slot into the company’s existing operational framework.

The company expects them to generate cross-promotional opportunities with its entertainment and hospitality interests.

The initiative forms part of a broader strategy to grow what the company describes as high-margin, technology-enabled food brands.

Big Papa's Pizza and Wicked Wild Wings will be operated as delivery-first, off-premise concepts.

The ghost kitchens will rely on existing kitchen infrastructure, online ordering systems and third-party delivery platforms.

The company aims to extend its customer reach while keeping overheads down and accelerating market entry.

Access Power & Co CEO Pedro Botta said: “By expanding into ghost kitchens with Big Papa's Pizza and Wicked Wild Wings, we are positioning the company to capitalise on the continued shift toward digital ordering and off-premise dining.

“These brands allow us to scale quickly, optimise operational efficiency, and unlock new revenue streams without the traditional costs of brick-and-mortar expansion."

The company believes that enlarging its ghost kitchen platform will support profitability through improved asset utilisation, “data-driven menu optimisation” and geographic expansion.

It expects the addition of Big Papa's Pizza and Wicked Wild Wings to reinforce its position in the food delivery segment and to support long-term shareholder value.
