UK-based New York-style pizza restaurant chain Alley Cats has signed an exclusive partnership with Deliveroo.

The deal marks the pizzeria’s first move into food delivery, aiming to expand its customer base and support further growth.

Alley Cats co-founder Ellie Noble said: “We are excited to finally make Alley Cats Pizza even more accessible to Londoners and pizza lovers via our brand new partnership with Deliveroo.

“After just over two years in business and infinite requests for delivery, we couldn’t ignore the demand and knew Deliveroo would be the one to deliver the goods!”

The first location to go live on the Deliveroo app is Alley Cats’ newest site on Westbourne Grove. It will serve customers across various parts of London.

As agreed, Deliveroo will list Alley Cats’ full pizza range, including margherita, pepperoni and vodka sauce options.

The restaurant also sells garlic and cheese bites, meatballs in marinara sauce and its “Green Goddess” dressing.

Deliveroo Core London, Editions and Sales director Jessica Markowski said: “We are always looking to champion local heroes and bring trending hotspots onto the platform, ensuring Londoners can access the best selection of restaurants at a touch of a button.

“Our partnership with Alley Cats is the perfect example of this, and we’re thrilled to be helping an independent brand grow its business and reach new customers.”

Since its launch in late 2023, Alley Cats is said to have quickly built a following, attracting attention on TikTok and Instagram.
