The kiosk is a self-service system intended for use inside restaurants.

Food tech platform Deliverect has introduced its Deliverect Kiosk self-service in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The system is intended for use inside restaurants and will enable customers to view the menu, place an order, and complete payment at the kiosk.

The introduction of the Deliverect Kiosk is expected to support in-store operations by reducing queues and limiting the need for staff involvement in the ordering process.

Deliverect Kiosk uses a cloud-based setup with central menu control. Menu changes can be made once and applied across locations in real time. It also includes features for upselling and bundling.

The service is currently in use in restaurants in Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK.

Deliverect EMEA vice-president Naji Haddad said: “The launch of Deliverect Kiosk represents another important milestone for the company, where restaurants can reap the benefits and accelerate their business revenues even more while also enhancing customer experiences.

“Not only is Deliverect Kiosk a catalyst when it comes to boosting productivity and sales, but this user-friendly, innovative tech system is widely used by some of the popular brands in the world today, and we’re delighted that businesses in the MENA region can now leverage it, which will help make their day-to-day operations easier.”

In December 2025, Deliverect launched a library of AI agents aimed at automating both operational and marketing work for restaurant operators.

Built in partnership with workflow-automation platform n8n, the offering enables businesses to integrate AI agents into existing workflows.
