Domino's UK-based master franchise Domino's Pizza Group (DPG) has confirmed Nicola Frampton as its permanent chief executive.
Frampton stepped in as interim CEO in November 2025.
DPG chair Ian Bull said: “I am delighted that Nicola has agreed to become permanent CEO of Domino’s.
“Nicola has led Domino’s extremely effectively as Interim CEO, bringing a clear strategic focus and creating strong alignment and positive momentum across our core business.
“The board is confident that under Nicola’s leadership, Domino’s is well-placed to execute on our strategy to grow the core business and drive shareholder returns.”
Before taking on the interim role, Frampton spent more than four years as COO at Domino’s.
She previously held senior leadership roles at William Hill, where she was managing director of UK retail.
According to DPG, Frampton brings detailed knowledge of the UK market and significant commercial experience, alongside what the company describes as a strong commitment to the Domino’s business in the UK and Ireland.
Working with the broader leadership team, including recently appointed CFO Andrew Andrea, Frampton will concentrate on the strategic priorities outlined in the group’s FY25 results released on 10 March 2026.
Frampton said: “I am honoured to be appointed as CEO of Domino’s, a business that I am incredibly passionate about.
“As I set out in our recent results, we have a clear strategy for sustainable growth, and there is real excitement across the business about the challenges and the opportunities ahead of us.
“We have an exceptional brand, a strong market position and a best-in-class leadership team.”
