US workplace food platform ezCater has brought fast food chain Five Guys onto its catering marketplace in a new partnership.

Around 800 Five Guys locations will be listed on the ezCater platform.

The tie-up gives the burger chain access to what ezCater described as “high-value” corporate catering orders from workplaces across the US.

ezCater said the partnership will allow Five Guys to “scale” its catering operations and serve employers that are using food as part of efforts to support productivity and increase office attendance.

A recent ezCater survey found that 75% of hybrid workers would be more likely to go into the office if their employer offered free lunch.

Five Guys chief marketing officer Molly Catalano said: “Employers are looking for ways to get their teams excited about coming together, and there’s something special about a Five Guys burger bar where everyone gets exactly what they’re craving - whether that’s a burger, hot dog, or sandwich.

“ezCater helps us bring that experience to more teams, making it easy for everyone to build their meal their way at the office.”

As part of the partnership, ezCater said it has worked with Five Guys to adjust its catering menu for corporate customers and better reflect current workplace food requirements.

ezCater chief growth officer Cindy Klein Roche said: “Workplaces are hungry for a brand like Five Guys. We are seeing a 16% jump in orders for the burger category in 2025, making this the perfect time to bring their menu to our customers.

“We are thrilled to help Five Guys grow their catering business, while also helping employers build a more productive, connected workforce through food.”

Last August, Del Taco also expanded its collaboration with ezCater to enhance its catering offerings.
