Jack’s Family Restaurants has extended its collaboration with foodservice technology company PAR Technology to upgrade digital capabilities and streamline operations across its locations in the US.

The quick-service chain, which runs around 300 outlets, will roll out a suite of PAR systems, including PAR POS, PAR Pay and the PAR hardware range.

The deployment is intended to create a more connected experience for both customers and staff, as the brand aims to scale operations.

Jack’s Family Restaurants CTO Chris Incorvati said: “PAR’s modern platform simplifies operations, improves payment experiences, and strengthens our loyalty strategy, positioning us to consistently deliver outstanding guest service as we expand.”

Jack’s has been working with PAR since 2019 through its loyalty platform, PAR Punchh.

The latest agreement broadens that relationship, with the restaurant operator choosing PAR to bring together point-of-sale, payments, loyalty and hardware within a single enterprise platform to underpin further growth and digital development.

The solution is built for scale, with an intuitive, operator-friendly POS and durable hardware that can offer reliable service “during the busiest rushes”.

PAR Technology CEO Savneet Singh said: “Jack’s represents exactly the kind of brand we want to partner with—one that pairs ambitious growth with an unwavering focus on guests and teams.

“A unified technology stack gives Jack’s the foundation to scale efficiently while preserving service quality, and we’re excited to help power experiences that build lasting guest loyalty.”

Jack’s Family Restaurants traces its roots back to 1960, when it opened in Homewood, Alabama, as Jack’s Hamburgers. The business has since expanded to more than 280 outlets across five US states.
