The rollout links third-party delivery platforms directly to each restaurant’s point-of-sale system.

Restaurant chain KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot has partnered with Deliverect to manage third-party delivery orders and menu administration across its network.

The collaboration will involve the deployment of Deliverect's third-party order aggregation and menu management platform across more than 140 sites.

The implementation introduces a single digital platform connecting external delivery marketplaces directly to the point-of-sale (POS) system at each restaurant, alongside centralised menu oversight across all channels and branches.

Through this system, revisions to menus, prices, and stock availability are distributed automatically to all marketplaces and outlets from a single control point. This eliminates the need to update individual channels or stores manually.

KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot senior vice-president and partner Victor Chow said: “As KPOT continues to expand nationwide, delivering a seamless ordering experience, whether guests dine in or order online, remains our top priority.

“Partnering with Deliverect gives our franchise network the operational stability and central control needed to manage third-party orders effortlessly, ensuring our food arrives fresh and accurate every time.”

KPOT has expanded from a single site in 2018 to more than 140 franchised outlets across the US.

According to Deliverect, the speed of this rollout increased the operational complexity of keeping online ordering consistent across every site, particularly across third-party platforms where menu precision and steady order processing affect the customer experience.

The deployment addresses this complexity by providing a standardised integration layer for third-party ordering across the entire network.

Deliverect vice-president Noah Hayes said: “KPOT is one of the most impressive growth stories in the restaurant industry today, and we are incredibly proud to be chosen as their partner.

“Standardising third-party ordering across 140+ locations is critical for maintaining consistency at scale, and we look forward to supporting their continued growth across the US.”
