McDonald’s Australia has broadened its McCafé offering, rolling out ten new hand-crafted beverages across more than 500 restaurants in Queensland and Victoria.
The launch forms part of a global trial of new McCafé drinks, with Australia among the first markets to test the expanded range.
The line-up spans four categories: iced and cold coffees, fruity refreshers, crafted sodas and energiser-style drinks.
McDonald’s Australia chief marketing officer Annabel Fribence said: “Macca’s is seriously stepping up the drink game and helping shape what's next for McCafé drinks worldwide.
“The new lineup is cold, bold and expressive - designed for what our customers actually want to drink right now.”
Alongside the beverage trial, McDonald’s Australia has introduced two limited-time Angus burgers to its food menu, namely the Bistro Béarnaise Angus and the Double Angus.
The fast-food chain has also confirmed that it will add Kirks Lemon, Lime & Bitters to its soft drink range to accompany the Bistro Béarnaise Angus range.
In August 2024, McDonald’s Australia expanded its Quarter Pounder range with two new burger variants.
