US-based fast-casual poke chain Pokeworks has announced a partnership with full craft beverage platform Botrista to enhance its beverage offerings across the US.

The collaboration marks the introduction of Botrista's full line-up of drinks, including smoothies and lemonades, to Pokeworks' menu for the first time.

Pokeworks has more than 70 locations across the US, Canada, Taiwan and Mexico.

Botrista beverage innovation vice-president Rex Huang stated: “Pokeworks embodies the spirit of freshness and a welcoming cuisine.

“We're excited to share these values and partner with Pokeworks to offer elevated drinks that consumers crave when they want something fresh and delicious.”

The partnership offers guests a range of refreshing drinks with quality ingredients and chewy boba pearls, designed to complement Pokeworks' existing menu items.

Among the new additions are unique mixes that incorporate traditional flavours, such as a smooth ube latte and classic milk tea.

The new drinks lineup also features a tropical piña colada smoothie and a mango lemonade.

Pokeworks co-founder and culinary head Mike Wu said: “Our guests are thrilled with our signature drinks, the new premium drink options we now offer.

“These beverages, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, perfectly enhance the authentic flavours of our poke cuisine.”

Customers can win weekly giveaways including a four-night trip to Hawaii by visiting Pokeworks stores and buying any signature drink and entrée combination by 7 August 2024.

In February 2020, Pokeworks announced plans to open 30 new US locations, including in St Louis, Denver and Portland.
