Canada-based ghost kitchens operator JustKitchen has entered the Singapore market by opening two ghost kitchens.
The newly opened ghost kitchens are located in the areas of Telok Ayer and Tampines. The company plans to have eight locations across Singapore in the next six months.
The Telok site is located in the Central Business District (CBD) of Singapore and will offer delivery and takeaway services.
Initially, this site will feature a core selection of JustKitchen in-house food brands.
On the other hand, the Tampines site is in the East Side Lovers neighbourhood and will offer a wide range of western cuisines with both delivery and takeaway services.
The company said that the two sites were finalised by its in-house data science and analytics department based on their potential for ‘high trip volumes’ as well as the ‘cuisine-demand gap’.

Last month, JustKitchen unveiled a plan to launch a business-to-business pilot programme to provide contactless smart delivery of food in partnership with Panasonic Taiwan.
