New franchisees will also adopt Restaurant365’s accounting tools as part of their onboarding.

By moving these functions onto a single platform, franchise operators are expected to gain real-time visibility into food costs, labour performance and store-level profitability while reducing manual processes and administrative work.

The brand began testing Restaurant365 in selected outlets in August 2025 before deciding to expand the deployment across its network.

Hungry Howie’s Pizza technology vice-president Dan McKay said: “At Hungry Howie’s, we’re committed to giving our franchisees the tools they need to run smarter, more profitable operations.

“Restaurant365 gives our operators real-time visibility into inventory, labour, and food costs on one platform built specifically for restaurants.”

The pizza brand currently operates nearly 500 stores in 18 states across the US.

Hungry Howie’s joins other chains, including Jack in the Box, Burger King, Taco Bell and Dutch Bros, which use Restaurant365 to manage operational and financial processes in a single system.

Restaurant365 co-founder and CEO Tony Smith said: “Hungry Howie’s is an iconic brand with a strong franchise community and a clear vision for the future.

“I’m excited for Hungry Howie’s franchisees to experience the power and visibility of operations and financials together in one platform, enabling them to control costs, improve execution, and make smarter decisions at every location.”

Last month, Hungry Howie’s Pizza selected Toast’s enterprise technology suite for deployment across its restaurant locations.
